What do you think healthy sleep looks like? Defining it can be complex. Given there are multiple indicators of healthy sleep, which of those indicators, if any, are particularly important in protecting health? And do those indicators vary when looking to protect certain groups in the population – such as young adults? In this illuminating talk, Dr Alexandra Metse takes us through the unexpected lessons she learned as part of her research on the relationship between sleep and health, which involved a team of experts from all over Australia.
