TEDxBrisbane is back. On Sunday 9th December the thinkers, doers and changemakers of Brisbane will gather at the brand new Howard Smith Wharves Precinct to immerse themselves in a day-long festival of ideas.The event includes a full day of TEDx Talks, sharing powerful, disruptive and inspiring ideas from some of Brisbane and Australia’s most visionary and original thinkers, as well as live performances from local musicians.
We curate every detail of the event, ranging from every idea presented on the stage through to the foodie-curated full day catering. We hand-pick the audience, bringing together a community of bright minds, experts and business leaders, community champions and visionaries who can skip the small talk, and dive into conversations about ideas and solutions that matter.

Details of speakers and performers will be announced in the lead up to event day, but not before applications close. Part of the TEDxBrisbane experience is being surprised by new and compelling ideas from speakers whose names you may not know. Successful applicants will be provided with a code that allows them to purchase their ticket to attend.
The TEDx Organiser All-Day Ticket costs $99, which includes the full day TEDxBrisbane program, the full day of catering, a TEDxBrisbane t-shirt & bag and the 2-hour catered After Party.
In response to demand, we are excited to announce that this year’s event will be 16+, allowing 16 and 17-year-olds to attend. Attendees aged 16 and 17 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 years or over who has also successfully applied to participate in the event, and both must have purchased tickets.
