ANDY GOURLEY: Why you should take candy from strangers

Andy Gourley is the Founder and Director of Red Frogs Australia Chaplaincy Network, as well as a nominee for the 2014 Australian of the Year award. He started the Red Frog program 15 years ago, after seeing the need for support to safe guard teenagers and young adults. Red Frogs is now the largest support network in Australia for schoolies and universities students. Currently the Red Frog Chaplaincy program for Schoolies is located in 17 different location around Australia and coordinates over 700 volunteers to run its programs. Red Frog has now expanded internationally and can be found in Canada, UK, South Africa, Bali and New Zealand. Andy holds a degree in Accounting from the Queensland University of Technology. He has been a youth pastor at Citipointe Church Brisbane since 1989 where he is presently the Community Outreach Pastor. Andy is presently the Chaplain for the Queensland Reds Rugby Union.
